We are Janie & Philippe, two food fanatics with French-Italian and Asian origins, currently residing in Paris, France.
Having spent a great deal of time in Italy, Philippe's childhood is filled with the smell of fresh wood oven baked bread and home preserved ham. Coming from a family who owned a French restaurant, the passion and love for good food has long been a part of his life, and he has never stop his search for better ingredients to include in his recipes.
Being inspired by French food products, Janie decided to travel to France to attend a true French culinary course and discovered of course, that the sky is the limit.
What both of us believe is that one essential ingredient in European cuisine is definitely aromatic herbs. They not only enhance the natural flavour of the dish but also bring a piece of their origin onto your table.
